Base package

Unless your book is for private or restricted circulation – a family history for example – there are a number of requirements for publishing a book in the UK. With our base package, we’ve covered these requirements for you, making it easier for you to be published.

Our base package includes obtaining an ISBN and barcode, essential for identification, selling and distribution. We’ll also make sure your book is registered with Nielsen BookData.

Publishing companies and self-publishers are legally required to send to the Legal Deposit Office one copy of each title, within one month of first publication – this requirement is covered in the base package.

Pre-press set up from your PDF files is included along with a sample. We’ll also make an imprint page template for you. We’ll provide you with an author’s guide.

Don’t forget, we’re able to tailor our base package to suit your needs by offering additional services at affordable rates – including typesetting, cover design and use of FSC paper.
